Offering a range of services
We use the latest generation of technology in our computerized pre-press department
including an advanced digital workflow system, computer-to-plate technology and
digital colour proofing operating to FOGRA 39.
Our cost-effective design service, Fisherstudios, offers an in-house graphic design
service from concept through to signed-off artwork.
We employ a team of experienced designers who will take a brief and produce concepts
and layouts to the highest creative and commercial standards.
We also check every job for literal and grammatical errors before plates are produced
as part of our added value proof reading and quality control service.
Our digital proofing facility allows us to produce single and multi-page proofs
in low and high-resolution formats.
Colour proofing is validated using a state-of-the-art printer equipped with a Spectrophotometer
and each page is scanned and validated for colour correctness.
We also offer a remote proofing service via our Fisher-online service or email to
help speed up the proofing process where appropriate using, for example, PDF files
or FTP (File Transfer Protocol). We believe that online proofing improves communication
and saves you time.
Our digital workflow system with CTP technology means we offer the maximum benefit
to our customers in terms of quality, accuracy and turnaround and our cataloguing
and database storage means we are able to manage our customers’ Corporate identity,
logos and templates etc in electronic image libraries.
We have just installed new pre-press equipment which incorporates the very latest
technology in colour control and on-line proofing.
